特別頭疼在email裏看見不認識的縮寫，同事發手機短信，裏面的縮寫多得讓人絕望。今天特意搜集整理了在工作職場中常用的壹些縮寫，不學不知道，壹學嚇壹跳，原來縮寫不止“ASAP”，很多內容我從來沒見過。

最常用縮寫
1.ASAP = as soon as possible (盡快)
E.g."Please reply ASAP"
2.FYI = for your information(分享信息)
E.g."FYI, the report is updated and readyfor the team"
3.BTW = by the way (順便說壹句，現在有時也會表示"back to work")
E.g."I read your report BTW. It wasgreat".
4. EOD = end of the day (指個人工作時間結束)
E.g."I will send you the details bytomorrow EOD".
5.ATTN=attention (轉給xx閱讀)
E.g."Attn: William Smith"
6.N/A= not applicable (不適用)
E.g."How old is your son?:N/A"(because the person is still single).
7. COB =Close of business(工作日結束，也特指截止日)
E.g."This is just a reminder that theapplication will remain open until COBtoday"
8.COD = cash on delivery (到付)
E.g."We don't have to pay the printernow. It's COD."
9.TBD = to be decided (待定)
E.g."No. of participants: TBD"
10.RSVP= Repondez s'il Vous plait(法語"please respond".請回復)
E.g."RSVP to Lucy by 20th of August"
